Service Description
Join us at Gracelamp Wellness for Mommy Wellness Wednesdays, a supportive space for moms with infant to school aged children. This is an introductory donation/ almost FREE offering for moms to share and get non-judgmental support. You can chose to pay the lowest option if you have job loss or are underemployed or select a higher slide option if you have less financial need. Please reserve the lower scales for moms with the most need. Facilitated by Francia Telesford, a mother of 2 with over 20 years of experience working with families as a social worker and therapist. In this intro group we will touch on various support needs of motherhood with a wide range of topics including mom guilt, self-care, navigating boundaries, partner dynamics, asking for support, mom rage, balance, and more. Take this opportunity to connect, learn, and grow with other moms in a supportive and caring environment. If you like this offering make sure to book one of our in-person meetups and grief groups for moms.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and we do not offer refunds unless in extreme circumstances. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you have an emergency so we know not to expect you and can offer your slot to someone on the waiting list. If a class is full you may join the waitlist and will be notified when you can book. We are so excited to be in community with you. The best part of being in community is establishing safety and trust. In order to do that we need your help! Please ensure to be respectful of all participants. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is harmful to others. Harm can include name calling, making judgmental comments, making the collective community feel discomfort by sharing other's personal stories outside of the group, recording without permission, bringing unauthorized individuals listen in or watch our meeting, or simply being unkind to our community members. We love and appreciate you all for respecting the hearts of others.
