 Empowering Motherhood
Cultivate Your Mental Wellness
“I created Gracelamp with the hopes to increase mental wellness in motherhood, inspired by my experiences as a survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety and as a mom of two. Our mission is to promote wellness, joy, and self-care. I can attest that self-care and wellness are needed as we navigate all the different spaces that are a part of who we are. The name Gracelamp is a combination of the meaning of my girls' names: God’s Grace and Lamp of the Lord. Together, they inspire the light, kindness, and mission of healing for Gracelamp Wellness. My hope is to provide moms of all ages and stages of motherhood with community support, encouragement, and quality self-care offerings. “

Currently, she resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children and is a social worker, a trained and certified maternal mental health provider, lactation counselor, and the owner of Gracelamp Wellness. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a French minor from UCLA and a Masters degree in Social Work from USC with a Children and Families concentration.
