 Empowering Motherhood

Cultivate Your Mental Wellness

“I created Gracelamp with the hopes to increase mental wellness in motherhood, inspired by my experiences as a survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety and as a mom of two. Our mission is to promote wellness, joy, and self-care. I can attest that self-care and wellness are needed as we navigate all the different spaces that are a part of who we are. The name Gracelamp is a combination of the meaning of my girls' names: God’s Grace and Lamp of the Lord. Together, they inspire the light, kindness, and mission of healing for Gracelamp Wellness.“
